A: We do ship internationally. For shipments to Canada and Europe, please use our shopping cart to calculate shipping cost; for all other countries, please contact us for the correct shipping rate to your country.

A: For US domestic orders, we will ship in stock items within 1-2 business days. Most customers receive their orders within 7-10 days of ordering if shipped by USPS Parcel Post or 3-7 days if shipped by FedEx Ground or Home Delivery.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We can only offer returns or exchanges if the merchandise is damaged during shipment or contains a manufacturer's defect. We cannot guarantee mint condition boxes, and damage to the box and not to the toy itself does not make the item returnable. If damage to merchandise occurs during shipment, please notify us within 5 business days, so we can file a claim with our shipping provider.

Q: What is the advantage of pre-ordering?

A: There are many advantages of pre-ordering, you are guaranteed to receive the item unless the manufacturer decides not to issue it. You lock in the lowest price possible, pre-orders are often lower priced than in stock items. Also, you are more likely to receive mint boxes since the items do not sit in our warehouse for an extended amount of time. Finally, you will receive the item faster than customers who wait until the item is in stock.

Q: For pre-orders, do you charge my credit card immediately or when the order is ready to ship?

A: We charge your credit card immediately. We do this, because we also need to pre-order from our suppliers and have to pay them as soon as we order. But please do not be concerned, if for any reason we cannot fulfill the pre-order, we will refund you the entire amount. Please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns pre-ordering.

Q: Can I cancel a pre-order or reservation request?

A: We cannot accept cancellation of pre-orders since we have an obligation to fulfill orders with the toy manufacturers.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: We accept most credit cards and debit cards, including: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We are also proud to accept Google Checkout and Paypal. If you would like to do a bank/wire transfer, please contact us for details.

A: We have integrated Google Checkout Buy Now buttons within our store's product catalog. Please note, these Buy Now buttons only allow you to buy 1 item at a time.

A: We have integrated Paypal payment buttons within our store's product catalog. We could also send you a Paypal invoice if that is more convenient for you.

Q: What is required to open a wholesale account?

A: You can simply email us a request to have a wholesale account set up. All domestic wholesale accounts must provide a tax-id or proof of resale.
